The present Governor of M.P. is
Magnubhai Chagan Bhai Patel, previous to him was
Smt. Anandi Ben Patel, the second female governor
of M.P. She was also the first female chief minister
of Gujarat. Her tenure was from 19th January, 2018
till July, 2019 . According to the Article 153, the
Governor of the state is appointed by the president
and his tenure is 5 years.
