River Kshipra is known as the Ganga
of Malwa. The River Kshipra originated from
Beneshwar Kund of Kaakri-bardi hill (Ujjaini Village)
in Indore district. Mahakaleshwar temple is situated
on the bank of the River Kshipra in Ujjain. The total
length of River Kshipra is 195 km. Kanh is the main
tributary of River Kshipra.
