Narmada River originated from
Maikal range of Amarkantak mountain (Anuppur
dist.) and flows between the Satpura and the
Vindhyachal moutain ranges. Narmada River flows
through the rift valley between Satpura in the south
and Vindhyachal mountain ranges in the north and
ends in Gulf of Khambhat (Arabian Sea) near
Bharuch in Gujarat.
