Madhya Pradesh State Commission
for Women is a statutory body constituted on 23rd
March, 1998 under Section 3 of the State Women
Commission Act 1995 (No. 20; 1996). It deals with
the issues relating crime against women in the state.
It was set by the M.P Govt. as a quasi-judicial body.
Its headquarters is at Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Shyamla
Hills, Bhopal.
