Abhay Chhajlani, the founder of Abhay
Khel Prashal was awarded the Padma Shri in 2009 by the
President Pratibha Patil for his contributions to
journalism.
• He was also awarded Life Time Achievement Award- 2020.
• He was awarded the first Shrikant Verma National
Award in 1986.
• He has been awarded the Giant’s International Award
and Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award in the year 1997
for his special contribution in journalism.
