Bhedaghat is situated at the
confluence of Baman Ganga and Narmada rivers,
also known as Panchavati, 19 km away from
Jabalpur. The water of the Narmada river falls from
about 100 feet. The white marble rocks at Bhedaghat
and forms a smoke like base. The height of
Dhuandhar waterfall is about 15 mts. and due to
Narmada water falling from higher altitude, the water
starts flying like white smoke, due to which this
waterfall has been called as Dhuandhar waterfall.
