RRCAT (Raja Ramanna Centre For
Advanced Technology) was set up on 19thFebruary, 1984
at Sukhniwas Road in Rau (dist. Indore). In 2005, its name
was changed to Raja Rammana Technological Centre. It
is Asia’s first laser producing centre and the third in the
world. It produces the world’s best accelator called as
“Indus”, which was used in “Sarn Lab” (Switzerland).
It’s slogan is ” Atom in Service of Nation”.
