Bansagar project is situated on Son
River in Devlondh of Shahdol. It has 405 MW of
power production and farming capacity of I .53 lakh
hectare. It is a joint project of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar
Pradesh and Bihar.
Narmada Valley project on river Narmada is a joint
project of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and
Maharashtra. There are many dams on this project
like-Sardar Sarovar (Gujarat), Indira Sagar
(Khandwa), Omkareshwar, Maheshwar etc.
The Chambal valley project, on Chambal River is a
joint project of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Matatila/Rani Lakshmibai project on Betwa river is
a joint project of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
