Mahuar, a tributary of Sindh River in
M.P. is known as Madhumati (Madhuveeni). It
originates from the village of Mahua near Terahi
in Shivpuri district. It flows towards north-east
and merges into Sindh river in Gwalior. Kasna and
Bilaraun are the major tributaries of the Mahuar
River.
