The Mahi River is originated from
Bhopawar-Minda village (Sardarpur, dist. Dhar)
situated in the Vindhyachal mountains of Madhya
Pradesh. The Mahi river flows through Dhar and
Jhabua dist. of M.P. and falls in Gulf of Cambay. Its
total Basin is 633 km2. Anas (Raj. ) and Ujas (Jhabua)
are its tributaries. It is the only river from M.P. which
crosses Tropic of Cancer twice.
