The Laser Research Center is located in
Indore dist. of M.P. Its foundation stone was laid by the
President Gyani Zail Singh on 19th Feb., 1984. This center
was set up in collaboration with Bhabha Atomic Research
Center, Mumbai (BARC). In 2005, this center was renamed
as Raja Ramanna Center for Advanced Technology
Atomic Energy Center (RRCAT).
