Omkareshwar is situated in Khandwa
district of M.P. at the confluence of Narmada. Near
Mandhata Hill, Narmada and Kaveri Rivers divide
into two streams forming the Omkareshwar Island
and the Mandhata Island At the end of the
Mandhata Island, Kaveri River confluences
with Narmada River. It is the Second Narmada-
Kaveri confluence.
