Before the formation of M.P.. in the first , general election, what were the total seats for the Madhya Bharat Legislative Assembly?

    In the general eletions held in 1952,
    99 seats were placed for the Madhya Bharat
    Assembly. Out of 99 seats, 17 were reserved for
    Scheduled Castes and nine for Scheduled Tribes.
    The Legislative Assembly was operated in Moti
    Mahal in Gwalior. The first session of the new
    Legislative Assembly of Madhya Bharat was held
    on 17th March. 1952 in Gwalior. This assembly was
    continued till 31st October, 1956.
