In the meeting of urban bodies, the
meeting proceedings are carried out by the Chairman
in the following order-
• Reading the work summary of the last meeting.
• If it is first meeting, then the accounting of the
last month is presented
to the concil for its
consideration.
• Reading of letters/information received from
government and its officials.
• To consider the reports of committees and
member
for necessary order and acceptance.
• Discussions will be held on the proposals
informed according to the prescribed procedure.
• Notice of to
proposals to be brought in the next meeting
• Appeals of orders of committees, officers etc.
will disposed of.
