The first Vidhan Sabha Deputy
Speaker of M.P. was Shri Vishnu Vinayak Sarwate.
Shri Sarwate assumed the office of the Deputy
Speaker of the Legislative Assembly on 24th
December, 1956 and remained in the post till 5th
March, 1957.
Shri Vishnu Vinayak Sarwate was born in Neemuch
(M.P.). Shri Sarwate was a Member of the Rajya
Sabha in the Indian Parliament from 1958 to 1964.
